Basketball Recap: Normal West Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Normal West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 50-36 fall against the Limestone Rockets. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the defeat, Normal West saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Chase Sennett posted nine points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Antonio Alvarez, who had nine points.

Normal West's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Limestone, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Normal West will be home for the holidays to greet Glenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Limestone, they will head out on the road to take on Dunlap at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
