Basketball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

Columbus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Northeast Raiders.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Northeast, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Columbus will be playing in front of their home fans against Chattahoochee County at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northeast, they will venture away from home to square off against Rutland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
