Volleyball Recap: Lansing Catholic Comes Up Short

Lansing Catholic lost against Marshall back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars fell just short of the Redhawks by a score of 2-1.

Lansing Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 25-8-2. As for Marshall, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-12-7 record this season.

Marshall has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Portage Central on the 1st. Hopefully Lansing Catholic paid attention to the Redhawks' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Redhawks at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
