Volleyball Recap: Clovis North Comes Up Short

Clovis North lost against Clovis back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Broncos fell 3-1 to the Cougars. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Clovis North ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 22-25, 25-17, 25-19.

Clovis North's loss dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Clovis, they pushed their record up to 21-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Clovis North is set to challenge their familiar foe Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Clovis will face off against rival Clovis East at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
