Basketball Game Preview: Racine Park Panthers vs. Muskego Warriors

Having just played yesterday, the Racine Park Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Muskego Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Racine Park knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 19 matches -- so hopefully Muskego likes a good challenge.

Racine Park can't be too worried about heading out to take on Muskego: they just beat Oak Creek at home, who had been dominant on their own court up to that point. Racine Park walked away with an 86-79 win over Oak Creek on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

It was another big night for Jaxson Moss, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 11 rebounds. The game was his ninth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Cameron Betker, who went 6 of 7 to rack up 16 points and six boards.

Meanwhile, Muskego didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Waukesha North on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 48-43 win.

Racine Park's victory was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-1. As for Muskego, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 7-14.

Racine Park came up short against Muskego in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, falling 48-41. Can Racine Park avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
