Worth County extended their winning streak to nine on Friday, bumping them up to 9-0. They breezed past the Bacon County Raiders to the tune of 52-14. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Worth County to victory were Kaden Chester and Lyndon Worthy. Chester rushed for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 carries, while Worthy threw for 148 yards and three TDs while completing 75% of his passes. That's the most rushing yards Chester has posted since back in August.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Worth County proved: they limited Bacon County to a paltry -0.5 yards per carry. While three picked up at least two total tackles, Dashaun Rockwell stood above the rest. He made two total tackles. Worth County's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.4.

Worth County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Tray Matthews, Dewhite Council, and Chance Sims picked up one apiece.

As for Bacon County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. While losing is never fun, they can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 267th, while Worth County is ranked 53rd).

When it comes to explaining why Bacon County lost, don't look at Santiago Bizzell. Despite the final result, he picked up 90 receiving yards and one score.
