Bushland skates past Brownfield with ease

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Bushland Falcons had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They breezed by Brownfield on the road to the tune of 59-13. The win was familiar territory for Bushland who now have nine in a row.
Bushland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dawson J Jaco, who threw for 214 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Zack Zundel, who gained 88 total yards and two touchdowns.
Bushland's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Brownfield, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Bushland will take on Whitesboro at TBD on Friday. Whitesboro will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 535th, while Bushland is ranked 99th). Brownfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
