Softball Recap: Bandon Comes Up Short

After flying high against Waldport on Tuesday, Bandon came back down to earth. The Tigers came up short against the Toledo Boomers on Friday, falling 18-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 13-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Bandon dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Toledo, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Bandon will be playing at home against Reedsport at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Toledo, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 18-3 win against Bandon/Pacific on the 3rd.
