Soccer Recap: Grants Pass Takes a Loss

Grants Pass managed to slip by South Eugene the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cavemen came up short against the Axe on Wednesday, falling 3-0. Grants Pass were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as South Eugene apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Grants Pass' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for South Eugene, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grants Pass is set to square off against their familiar foe North Medford on Monday. Meanwhile, South Eugene will face off against rival Sheldon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
