Football Recap: Stanhope Elmore Drops Highest Score of Season Against Rehobeth + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stanhope Elmore). Everything went their way against the Rehobeth Rebels on Friday as they made off with a 47-26 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 26-6.

Stanhope Elmore didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Joidaden Carter-Stone. He has been hot for a while, having also posted six or more total tackles the last 11 times he's played.

Stanhope Elmore pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.8 points on average over those games. As for Rehobeth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
