Baseball Preview: Eustis Panthers vs. Tavares Bulldogs        
        
		
            
 After six games on the road, Eustis is heading back home. They will take on the Tavares Bulldogs at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Eustis will be strutting in after a  win while Tavares will be coming in after a  loss.
 Eustis will bounce into Tuesday's   contest after  beating Key West, who they hadn't topped in three consecutive meetings. Eustis walked away with  a   5-1  victory over Key West  on Saturday.
  Julien Radcliffe made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. Radcliffe was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Ledger Pleasant, who  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI and a  double.
 Meanwhile, Tavares was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They fell just short of The Villages Charter by a score of  8-7.
  Jamarcus Pugh made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.  Aaron Alston was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Eustis has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record  this season. As for Tavares, their loss dropped their record down to 10-14.
 Eustis' speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's   matchup. Eustis has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 4.2  stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Tavares, though, as  they've been averaging  only 1.2. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Eustis continue to outrun the ball?
