Volleyball Recap: Bolivar Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Bolton on Tuesday, Bolivar Central came back down to earth. Bolivar Central lost 3-0 to Middleton on Thursday. Bolivar Central has struggled against Middleton recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-11, 25-9.

Maggie Morris paced Bolivar Central's offense, picking up five kills. Morris got some help from Charley Morris and her six assists. Finally, Madison Malone and Mollie Nuckolls kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked four attacks.

Bolivar Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Middleton, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Bolivar Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against McNairy Central on the 25th. Middleton has also already played their next contest (against Jackson South Side), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
