Meanwhile, Holly Grove Christian suffered a rough 50-24 defeat at the hands of Sussex Academy last Thursday. Holly Grove Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Calvary Christian Academy pushed their record up to 9-7 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Holly Grove Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
Calvary Christian Academy couldn't quite finish off Holly Grove Christian in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 and fell 21-19. Can Calvary Christian Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
