Baseball Game Preview: St. Joseph Central Flyers vs. Dawson-Bryant Hornets

The St. Joseph Central Flyers will square off against the Dawson-Bryant Hornets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (St. Joseph Central has four straight victories, Dawson-Bryant has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

St. Joseph Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past East 21-2 on Friday. The Flyers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Carson Lyons was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Landon Rowe was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
