East Union waltzed into their match on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Belmont Cardinals by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

East Union was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14, 20-25, 25-22.

East Union's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Belmont, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

East Union will welcome Saltillo at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Belmont, they will take on Mooreville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
