Basketball Recap: Sheldon Comes Up Short

Sheldon played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Boyden-Hull Comets, falling 63-43. The Orabs haven't had much luck with the Comets recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Sheldon's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Boyden-Hull, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Looking ahead, Sheldon will be playing in front of their home fans against West Lyon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Orabs will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.73 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Boyden-Hull, they will venture away from home to square off against Unity Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
