Basketball Recap: Halstead Makes It 15 in a Row at Home

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Halstead). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Nickerson Panthers 66-27. The Dragons have beaten the Panthers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Panthers has come to flipping the script.

Halstead pushed their record up to 14-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.2 points over those games. As for Nickerson, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
