Soccer Recap: Phelps Finishes Even with GVCS Broadfording

Fans were treated to a battle of the Lions on Friday. Neither Phelps nor GVCS Broadfording could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Phelps' first draw of the season.

With that draw, Phelps' record moves to 9-4-1. Meanwhile, GVCS Broadfording's record is now 6-6-1.

Looking ahead, Phelps will be playing in front of their home fans against Cristo Rey Philadelphia at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for GVCS Broadfording, they will square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
