Softball Recap: Martin County Takes a Loss

Martin County lost against Palm Beach Gardens back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers lost 13-2 to the Gators. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Martin County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brealyn White, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Martin County's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Palm Beach Gardens, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

Martin County and Palm Beach Gardens should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings. The Tigers (ranked 150th) will meet Lincoln Park Academy (ranked 461st) at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Palm Beach Gardens will challenge St. Thomas Aquinas at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank advantage (19 vs. 67).
