Baseball Recap: Sunset Takes a Loss

Sunset fell victim to Key West and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Conchs. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Knights were not able to get on the board.

Sunset saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alexander Gonzalez, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Sunset's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Key West, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Conchs beat Sunset by a score of 8-2 on Saturday.
