Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Longhorns this season, with their most recent loss being a 6-2 defeat on Thursday.

This is the second loss in a row for Ridge Point and nudges their season record down to 16-12-1. As for Dobie, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season.
