Bellevue East had lost six straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-8 to make it seven. They took a blow against the Lincoln North Star Navigators, falling 42-7. The Chieftains lost against the Navigators in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 59-0 score last time.
