Basketball Recap: Sherwood Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

Sherwood hadn't done well against Paint Branch recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Sherwood Warriors enjoyed a cozy 77-61 victory over the Paint Branch Panthers. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while the Panthers are ranked 141st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
