Tooele won the last time they faced Park City and Camila Lora did her part to make sure it happened again. The Buffaloes enjoyed a cozy 61-42 win over the Miners on Thursday thanks in part to Lora, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 16 boards. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 8.8 rebounds per game.

Another player making a difference was Macie Gustin, who posted ten points along with seven boards and five steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played.

Despite the defeat, Park City saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hadey Flach scored nine points in addition to five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Johnson, who had ten points.

Tooele now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Park City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Tooele has already played their next contest, a 67-44 loss against Green Canyon on the 9th. As for Park City, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-40 defeat against Jordan on the 9th.
