Cristo Rey Jesuit had lost three straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 4-11 to make it four. They lost 25-0 to the Westmont Sentinels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sentinels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 two weeks ago.

As for Westmont, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-9-1 record this season. Considering they have won 18 contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

For Westmont's part, Briggs Templeton and Nathaniel Ollier made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Templeton pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
