Football Recap: West Nassau Warriors vs. Frederica Academy
There's no place like home for West Nassau, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Frederica Academy 34-7 at home on Friday.
Skyler Freeman had a dynamite game for West Nassau, rushing for 110 yards and three touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Andi Ataiza, who rushed for 79 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, West Nassau was moving up and down the field and finished the game with 423 total yards. That's the most total yards they've posted since was before the start of last season.
The win got West Nassau back to even at 1-1. As for Frederica Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
West Nassau will host Ridgeview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Frederica Academy, they will face off against Valwood at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
