The Treasure Coast Titans will take on the IMG Academy Navy Ascenders at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. IMG Academy Navy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Treasure Coast, who comes in off a win.
Treasure Coast is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Lincoln Park Academy 12-2 on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Greyhounds: they've now won three in a row.

Colin Jackson looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of Treasure Coast's success: when he allows at most two hits the team is 3-1 (and 3-5 when he doesn't).
On the hitting side, Treasure Coast got a massive performance out of Jacob Sanchez, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Treasure Coast is undefeated when Sanchez posts two or more runs, but 3-6 otherwise. Steve Veras also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Treasure Coast was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .409. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, IMG Academy Navy suffered their biggest loss since March 19, 2024 on Friday. They lost 8-2 to Osceola. The Ascenders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Xander Perrin was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits.
At the plate, Jeffrey Nepa made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Omari Swinton, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base.
The victory got Treasure Coast back to even at 6-6. As for IMG Academy Navy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Treasure Coast has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like IMG Academy Navy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
