Football Recap: Kingstree Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kingstree and Central squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Kingstree had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Eagles and fell 56-6. The Blazers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-0.

Randy McFadden threw for 89 yards and one TD. Quentin Frazier was his top target, picking up 41 receiving yards.

Ashten Wilson produced another solid effort rushing for 97 yards and a pair of scores for Central. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Short, who rushed for eight yards and one touchdown.

Kingstree has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Kingstree does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central, they will face off against East Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Eagles 11.1, the Wolverines 8.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
