Football Recap: Los Angeles Romans vs. Fairfax Lions
Los Angeles played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Fairfax Lions, falling 49-28. The Romans gained 107 more yards on the day, but it was the Lions that made the best use of them.
Despite the loss, Los Angeles still got an impressive performance from Ethan Grant, who rushed for 182 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 8.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 322 yards and two TDs on only 17 passes.
