Volleyball Recap: Blacksburg Comes Up Short

Blacksburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Gaffney Indians.

Blacksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Gaffney, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.

Blacksburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against High Point Academy on the 18th. As for Gaffney, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against St. Joseph's Catholic on the 13th.
