Volleyball Recap: Spring Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Spring Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Princeton Bulldogs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 2nd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-12, 25-12.

Princeton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kensley Evans, who had six kills, three aces, and one block. Evans is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Caroline Waller, who had four aces and one block.

Spring Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Princeton, their record is now 9-7.

Looking ahead, Spring Creek will be playing in front of their home fans against Wallace-Rose Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Princeton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against C.B. Aycock on the 29th.
