Volleyball Recap: Ridgevue Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ridgevue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Boise Brave. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warhawks of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Ridgevue was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-11.

Cora Taylor paced Ridgevue's offense, picking up eight kills. Taylor got some help from Talace Miller and her 19 assists. Lanaea Nebeker controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Delaney Hamilton was the offensive standout of the match as she had six digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kylie Wong, who had eight assists and six digs.

Ridgevue's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Boise, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-10.

Ridgevue didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Capital on the 2nd. As for Boise, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Skyview on the 1st.
