Northmor has gone a perfect 6-0 against Lucas recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Northmor will be playing at home against Lucas at 5:15 p.m. Northmor will be strutting in after a victory while Lucas will be coming in after a loss.

On Saturday, Northmor earned an 8-4 win over Mansfield Senior. The Golden Knights haven't had any issues with the Tygers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Lucas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 7-4 to Mansfield Senior.

Brady Anschutz put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Anschutz was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

In other batting news, Will Whitesel made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles.

Lucas' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northmor, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Northmor took their victory against Lucas when the teams last played on Saturday by a conclusive 10-0. Does Northmor have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lucas turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
