Basketball Recap: Orange Park Takes a Loss

Orange Park lost against Paxon School For Advanced Studies back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Raiders received a blow as they fell 48-31 to the Golden Eagles. The match marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Orange Park and nudges their season record down to 11-16. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-11.

Orange Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, they will venture away from home to challenge Ponte Vedra at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Eagles' defense better be ready for this one: the Sharks have averaged an impressive 58.9 points per game this season.
