            Softball Recap: Bishop Ready Silver Knights vs. Franklin Heights Falcons        
        
		
        
        
            Bishop Ready won the last time they faced Franklin Heights and things went their way  on Monday too. The Silver Knights blew past the Falcons 17-7. With that  victory, the Silver Knights brought their scoring average up to 6.2  runs per game.

 Ana Sanchez was  incredible,  scoring five  runs and  stealing a base while going 4-for-4. Those  four  hits gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Olyvia Piper, who  went 3-for-4 with three  RBI and one  triple.
 Bishop Ready was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .406. That's the best  batting average they've posted all season.
Bishop Ready's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Franklin Heights, their record now sits at 2-11.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Ready will challenge Grandview Heights at 5:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Bobcats will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Silver Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Franklin Heights, they will face off against Whitehall-Yearling at 5:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Rams have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.55  runs per game on average), something the Falcons will no doubt try to take advantage of.
