Strathmore is 9-1 against Granite Hills since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Spartans will head out on the road to challenge the Grizzlies at 4:00 p.m. Strathmore has given up an average of 10.3 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Strathmore's offense. They lost 18-0 to Corcoran on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Granite Hills came up short against Lindsay on Tuesday, falling 12-1.

Granite Hills has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for Strathmore, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1.

Strathmore beat Granite Hills 10-6 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Do the Spartans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Grizzlies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
