It was a good run, but Naaman Forest unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 60-50 to the Wylie East Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 749th, while the Raiders are ranked 242nd).

Naaman Forest's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-18. As for Wylie East, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Naaman Forest will host North Garland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wylie East, they will be playing at home against Garland at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st.
