Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Bulldogs vs. Uwharrie Charter Academy Eagles

Trinity hasn't had much luck against Uwharrie Charter Academy recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m.

They breezed by the Blue Comets to the tune of 52-18. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Trinity's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4. As for Uwharrie Charter Academy, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.

Trinity took a serious blow against Uwharrie Charter Academy in their previous matchup back in February, falling 62-29. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Uwharrie Charter Academy's Hannah Williams, who went 6 for 11 on her way to 13 points and six steals.
