Football Recap: Christiansburg Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Christiansburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 28-9 bruising from the Abingdon Falcons. The Blue Demons were not able to make up for their loss to the Falcons from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Christiansburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Abingdon, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Christiansburg will be playing in front of their home fans against William Byrd at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Abingdon, they will venture away from home to take on Gate City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
