Volleyball Recap: Wesleyan Christian Comes Up Short

Wesleyan Christian entered their contest against Metro Christian on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Mustangs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Thursday.

Wesleyan Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-1. As for Metro Christian, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-1.

Coming up, Wesleyan Christian will be playing at home against Wright Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Metro Christian, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Dewey on the 13th.
