Basketball Recap: Beau Napier Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Clarksville

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Central, Crothersville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with an 81-72 win over the Clarksville Generals.

Crothersville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Beau Napier, who made all 6 shots he took from beyond the arc racking up 30 points and seven rebounds. The matchup was Napier's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was CARTER JONES, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 20 points.

The victory got Crothersville back to even at 7-7. As for Clarksville, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

Crothersville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 60-50 loss against Medora on the 25th. As for Clarksville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-51 win against Lanesville on the 25th.
