Kermit hadn't done well against Presidio recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Kermit put the hurt on Presidio with a sharp 19-4 victory. The Yellow Jackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by seven runs or more this season.
Aliha Saenz made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off only one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
