Softball Preview: Kennedy Eagles vs. Highland Park Scots

Kennedy's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

In other batting news, Kennedy got a massive performance out of Katie Edmonds, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 6-for-6. Edmonds is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played. Ava Taylor was another key contributor, getting on base in three of her six plate appearances with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Meanwhile, Highland Park had just enough and edged Minneapolis Southwest out 7-6 on Tuesday.
