Baseball Recap: Ontario Find Success

After losing to Montclair the last time they met, Ontario decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Jaguars came out on top against the Cavaliers by a score of 6-2 on Friday. The game was the first time the Jaguars have beaten the Cavaliers on their field since March 6, 2023.

Ontario saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddux Guerrero, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double. That run marked the first that Guerrero has scored this season.

Ontario now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Montclair, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
