Enterprise piles up the points against Daphne

Recap: Enterprise Wildcats vs. Daphne Trojans

The Enterprise Wildcats had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 63-28 win over Daphne. Enterprise might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won seven contests by 32 points or more this season.

Leading Enterprise to victory were Eric Winters and Keion Dunlap. Winters rushed for 120 yards and three touchdowns, while Dunlap rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 16.1 yards per carry. Winters really tore up the turf during one magnificent 84-yard run.

The win was the fourth in a row for Enterprise, bringing their record for this year to 9-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 48.5 points per game. As for Daphne, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Enterprise will square off against Mary G. Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mary G. Montgomery is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. Daphne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
