Basketball Recap: Jupiter Beats Palm Beach Gardens for Their Fourth Straight Win

Jupiter extended their winning streak to four on Monday, bumping them up to 4-0. Everything went their way against the Palm Beach Gardens Gators as they made off with a 55-35 win. The Warriors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Jupiter found their leader in sophomore Sloan Warlow, who shot 64% from the field en route to 21 points and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Warlow has scored all season. Kaydince Hallas was another key player, going 5-for-9 on her way to 12 points.

As for Palm Beach Gardens, they now have a losing record of 1-2. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Palm Beach Gardens lost, don't look at LaTasha Whyte. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 19 points and 17 boards. Whyte is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in each of the last four games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Kalia LaBrec, who posted seven points in addition to five assists and five rebounds.

Jupiter has already played their next matchup, a 71-7 victory against Okeechobee on the 3rd. As for Palm Beach Gardens, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 48-21 win against Wellington on the 3rd.
