Recap: Rhodes Rams vs. East Tech Scarabs
The Rhodes Rams won the last time they faced the East Tech Scarabs, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Rhodes enjoyed a cozy 38-22 win over East Tech. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rhodes.
Rhodes' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Daniya King, who scored nine points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Carolyna Rodriguez, who scored seven points along with seven steals.
Rhodes' victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1. As for East Tech, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rhodes will be home for the holidays to greet Campus International at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Tech will be home for the holidays to greet Garrett Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (Garrett Morgan is ranked 654th, while East Tech is ranked 668th).
