             The East Allegheny Wild Cats will face off against the Freeport Yellowjackets at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.
 Having struggled with eight  defeats in a row dating back to last season, East Allegheny finally turned things around against Valley  on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy  41-26 victory over the Vikings. The Wild Cats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 A big part of East Allegheny's  win came down to the chemistry between  Cedric Mack Jr. and his top target  Damarjae Warren. Mack Jr. threw for 215 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt while  Warren picked up 185 receiving yards and four touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave  Mack Jr. a new career-high in  rushing yards.

 Meanwhile, Freeport had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of  35-25.
 East Allegheny's first  victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Freeport, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record  this season.
