Baseball Recap: Jupiter Christian Comes Up Short

Jupiter Christian lost against Saint Andrew back in March of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jupiter Christian Eagles took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saint Andrew's Scots. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jupiter Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaden Kostura, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. Kostura has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Jupiter Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Saint Andrew's, they pushed their record up to 2-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Jupiter Christian and Saint Andrew's will both be playing Calvary Christian Academy the next time they take the field. Saint Andrew's will host Calvary Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Jupiter Christian will host them at 4:00 p.m. on March 5th.
