Ariel Gonzalez posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Furthermore, she didn't allow a single walk, the first time she has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.
